Brief Answer:
Gingivitis (inflammation in gums ), Periodontitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX ,

Thanks for consulting Healthcare magic .

Read your query and understand your concern bleeding from gums with space in between teeth is a sign of poor gum XXXXXXX known as gingivitis or due to periodontal problem known as Periodontitis .

Gingival or Periodontal problem is due to reasons like :
- Poor oral hygiene due to improper brushing or due to deposition of food debris in subgingival areas of gums.
- Use of tobacco containing products or Smoking
- Drug induced or diseases like Diabetes
- Bacterial infection

I will suggest you some remedies to maintain good oral hygiene and to avoid cavities:
- Brush your teeth twice daily by using soft bristle brush.
- Use waxed interdental floss to clean in between areas of teeth.
- Use mouthwash like Chlorhexidine or Oraguard.
- Do warm saline rinses twice daily.
- Gently massage your gum with pulp of your finger in circular motion atleast for one minute.
- Avoid gum irritant like tobacco containing product (if you are taking).
- You can take tablet Vitamin C supplement by consulting with your local doctor.

You should consult oral surgeon for visual examination of oral cavity and Scaling (oral prophylaxis ) for healthy gums .

Hope I have answered your query.
If you have further query I will be happy to help.
