What Causes Bleeding From Eyes?
Question: My husband had bleeding behind the eye about a month ago, they gave him a shot in the eye to reduce the swelling. We went back to doctor Tuesday this week. Tonight he is seeing double

As such, if bleeding occurs behind one of the eyes, the alignment of the eyeballs may get disturbed. If the alignment is not proper, the overlaying of the images from each of the eyes would not be proper and one would see double. Initially the eye muscles may readjust for the difference and help in not seeing double but if these muscles get fatigued, the compensation is lost and he would be seeing double. That is exactly what seems to have happened in the case of your husband.
I would suggest you to get in touch in your ophthalmologist and see if any interventions are required.
