Brief Answer:
Trauma or infection. suggest gynec check up

Detailed Answer:
Hi, Welcome to HCM.

I have gone through your question, and I think I have understood your concern. I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

First of all do not panic.

It could be a bleeding from suture line of the vagina or some small bruising type of injury.
Sometimes after hysterectomy, vaginal ares becomes dry and skin in the area becomes thin, and becomes vulnerable to infection and trauma.

Please keep the part clean and dry. Use of vitamin C tablets will be of help.
I will suggest to get per speculum check up from an expert gynec doctor.

I hope this answer helps you.

Thanks
