Brief Answer:
Please provide more information, test to rule out infection or stones

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to health care magic.
I have gone through your question very diligently and I will try to help you out in best possible way.

To start with, I would like further details for better assessment of the condition like
are you having associated complaint like burning sensation or increased frequency of urine
are you having back pain
any recent history of unprotected sex if you are sexually active?
Have you noticed similar fiber in past ever?

Black fiber in urine can be indicative of kidney disease like presence of kidney stones, infection or inflammation of the urogenital tract.

If there are other symptoms about which I have asked, such as fever, back pain or burning sensation in urine are present than possibility of infection is more likely.

So I would advise you to get a urine test done and an ultrasound lower abdomen to rule out infection or stone.

Meanwhile drink plenty of water, avoid smoking, alcohol and caffeinated drinks.

Hope this answers your question, please write back to me with all the details I have asked, so that I will be able to tell you more precisely.
Best wishes

Brief Answer:
It's mild problem and easily curable

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome again and thanks for all the details.

As per your reports you have mild urine infection, since you are not having fever or any other symptoms, I would advise you to have plenty of fluids and maintain good hygiene.

you should not be surprised or shocked. It can happen to anyone and it's really a curable. So just relax
Be careful, maintain good hygiene by frequent hand washing.

In case if you get any symptoms like burning sensation in urine or fever, than I would advise you to go for urine culture and sensitivity test and you may require a course of antibiotics under medical supervision.
