Brief Answer:
Its normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Dear,
Thanks for posting query on this forum.

Beet root is very rich in iron.Black stools are very common thing in people who take beet root or its juice and the medical term is called beeturia. It is a harmless condition where undigested beet juice will be seen in your urine or stool giving it a black olof.Iron and it supplements impart black color to stools.Beet root is rich in iron and hence causes stools to be black. However if this continues even after 72 hours of juice intake to be on safe side get a stool for occult blood test done to rule out if its blood or pigment.
P.S-Since beets are high in fiber, it will encourage quicker digestion. As a result, you may even see the refish black beet pigments in your stool.
Hope i answered your query well.
Thanks.
