Brief Answer:
Better to consult with doctor before taking the medicine

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,

I have gone through your follow up query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the fungal infection of oral cavity. If you can provide a photograph of the lesion I will be better able to help. It is better to consult with your doctor before taking the medicine.

No need to take special precautions and change in diet. Smoking should be avoided.
