Question: There is a spot of black discoloration on my glans about 1x1 cm size and the tip of the urethral meatus has a black circular discoloration all around..

Hi

As per your description, they look like Moles. If you can upload a photo of the lesion, I will be better able to help. Also let me know details like duration of lesion, any other associated symptoms like itching, etc.
There is nothing to worry when the black discolouration is flat. Biopsy has to be taken when it becomes ulcerated, big or itchy.

Please consult a Dermatologist, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
