Question: Hi, I am having a bitter taste in my mouth and I was only able to do 2/3rds of my normal workout in the gym before feeling very tired. Could it be the onset of flu?

However, you need to get complete hemogram.
Anemia can be one of the reasons of feeling tired.
Is there any history of fever?
Fever along with tiredness, body ache, malaise, etc. can all occur in viral infection.
You need to take rest and antipyretic for fever and analgesic in case of body pains.
Maintain your nutrition, take nutritious food and maintain hydration by taking plenty of fluids, soups, juices etc in the meanwhile.
If thes symptoms persist for log, you need to consult your doctor.
