Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thank you for using HCM to post your question.

In order to answer your question accurately I will need some more information.

Is your nose bleed from both sides or only one side? How often has it happened? Do you use any medication? Do you have any medical problem? How are your blood pressure values? When was the last time you had blood checks?
Any other info you will give me about your bad memory will help.

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Regards

Brief Answer:
Most possible blood vessel damage that needs a bit of time to heal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.

Nose bleed causes, most commonly is damage of the nose mucosa and are not a major problem. It may come also from blood pressure problems, but it would have been in both sides of the nose nostrils.

I would recommend to try to not blow your nose hard, do not pick on your nose, keep it moisturized by applying some Vaseline inside of it with a cotton tip. It will need a bit of time until the damaged blood vessel to heal completely.

About your bad memory I will need to understand the level of it.
Sometimes in times stress or over activity happens that we fail to remember things, and it is normal.

Sometimes it may become more prominent when we are dehydrated. So I would recommend to drink plenty of water, avoid smoking and alcohol.

Its a good sign also that you are aware that your memory is getting bad. When it is getting bad because of a malign problem like Alzheimer or a tumor, people are not self aware of it, but other people around notice it.

When I asked about blood checks I meant if when was the last time you did blood tests/analyses.

If worse or not better, I would recommend seeing a local doctor.

Hope this is helpful.
Please get back to me if you have other questions.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
