What Causes Bad Breath From Mouth And Nose?
Question: i have bad breath from nose(especially) and mouth....when i breath any bad air the same smells comes continuously from nose and mouth (the smell is like urine like,ammonia....)

I can understand your problem and situation.
Bad smell in urine can be due to
1. Urine infection
2. Diabetes
3. Lactulose use.
So getting a urine examination done to rule out infection is a good start.
Get blood sugar examinations done to rule out diabetes.
You must be using lactulose for constipation. So better to avoid it and start high fiber diet. Drink plenty of fluids.
Normal urine itself is having some ammoniacal smell.
No need to worry much if your all above mentioned investigations are normal.

Actually my problem is bad breath....i have been suffering from this since 2 and half years ,in the beginning i don't know what is the problem so i went to gastroenterologist 3 0r 4 doctors but the one doctor told me to go to dentist in order to clear all the dental problems..so,there is no problem with my stomach and teeth.....another doctor told me that your halitosis is may be due to the lungs when you exhale....and suggested me to take chest x ray and it is normal..but finally after observing all these days i felt that doctor told me correct....that urine like smell i have suffered with that only 2 or 3 days but now with different smells....as you told it may be because of the lactose use....but doctor my problem is when i breath any bad air the same smell regenerates and comes out of my nose mainly (continuously)...when i breath bad air i breaths with high intensity even though it is of less intensity....for good smell it is quite the opposite ...there is something with my lungs i can sense it when i breath bad air with high intensity and every time i used to suffocate a bit and only time when i don't get bad smell is while eating.......hence please give me permanent solution if possible or please give me the reference of a doctor in XXXXXXX as i want to meet a doctor....as this problem is killing my life at this age 24.

In my opinion you should consult ENT specialist first.
As perceiving smell is the function of sinuses. In chronic sinusitis, persistent bad smell can be seen. And good smell can also be perceived as bad smell. It is because of problem in humidification function of sinuses. Due to this the receptors for smell are altered and cause bad smell.
So better to rule out sinus problem first.
Consult ENT specialist and discuss about all these.
