Brief Answer:
Use warm saline.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX, welcome to HealthcareMagic.
Thanks for posting to us.

Bad breath and yellow secretions indicate secondary bacterial infection of the site.
Can you tell me whether you were given any prophylactic antibiotics after the procedure?
If not, it is better to get back to your doctor for addition of antibiotics for 5-7 days, so that we can control the infection more effectively.

For gargling the area, you can use warm saline(salt and water).
Also, keep oral hygiene.

Hope this answer will help.
Be free to ask if you need further clarification.
Wishing you a faster recovery.
Thank you.
