Brief Answer:
Management of spine pain

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Before advising treatment about backspin, I need to know few answers

What was the reason behind cracked spine?
Have you ever been evaluated for osteoporosis?
Do you have kyphosis or scoliosis?
Do you have any focal deficit along with pain?

Your back pain due to cracked spine can be managed by medication and surgery both, but treatment differs if cause is osteoporosis or traumatic fracture !!

You can follow few steps to relieve back pain

: Avoid forward bending
: Avoid weight lifting. Do not lift weight more than 5 kilogram.
: Stretching of back muscles under supervision of physiotherapist
: Apply painkiller gel like Diclofenac sodium after proper prescription
: You can apply warm compresses twice a day
: Further treatment can be advised after getting answer of above questions

Hope it will help you. Thanks, take care.
