Brief Answer:
Gall bladder polyps doesn't cause pain in the back

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Pain due to Gall bladder disease will cause pain in the Right upper quadrant of the abdomen. It doesn't radiate to the back or to the opposite side.
The pain may be due to musculoSkeletal cause. I prescribe Skeletal muscle relaxant tablet containing Thiocolchicoside to my patients with similar complaints.
If there is no response, you should get a CT Scan abdomen after consulting your doctor.
please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
Nothing to worry. It will come down.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
