Question: Hi, Since I have delivered a baby 2.5 months ago, i am having back ache, what should i do or eat to prevent this and whn can i join swimming classes.

Thanks for your query.

Post labor and lactating mothers do sometimes face calcium deficiency. Since there would have been a lot of shear and stretching in the spine during pregnancy, it usually hurts first.

I suggest you to take calcium supplements for a months from now and also wear a Lumbosacral belt to provide support to the spine and allow it to heal.
