Brief Answer:
Vaginal fungal infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

It seems that you are having a fungal infection causing so much of discharge with back pain.
You need to take antifungal drugs orally along with antibacterial agent in order to treat any superadded infection that might have been present.

Fluconazole and azithromycin are considered as effective drugs. You can consult your gynecologist for selecting the best drug for you after proper examination.

PCOD is associated with irregular periods. You will need hormonal pills like Dronis to get regular periods.

Please feel free to discuss further. I'll be glad to answer the follow-up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Brief Answer:
You can take Dronis.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.

You can take Dronis to get periods.

Take it for three months and then see if periods become regular. There is no permanent solution as PCOD is a hormonal imbalance problem.

Regarding the side effects, weight gain is mentioned as an issue but significant gain in weight has not been reported by the woman and even some do not have any change at all.

Other side effects also depend on the individual and can vary. These are Headache, dizziness, cold and flu symptoms, stomach pain, irregular motions, nausea. In some cases, mood swings, depression, acne, weight gain/loss, breast engorgement.

Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
Regards.
