Brief Answer:
Asthenospermia

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Asthenospermia is slow motility of sperms. It is generally caused by heat, increased stress factors, increased oxidants in scrotum.

Your count and morphology seem to be fine. Hence I suggest you go ahead with Intrauterine insemination (IUI) treatment.

Success in an IUI procedure is around 15 percent.
