What Causes Armpit Lumps When Diagnosed With Tongue Cancer And Squamous Cell Carcinoma?

Question: I am a 61 yr old white male.
I was disagnosed with tongue cancer, squamous cell carcinoma in 2007. I went thru radiation and chemo tratments and was declared cancer free in 2013.
I now have three under skin growths in my right arm pit. They started about a month ago as small bumps with no pain. Now they are about the size of a quarter and there is constant dull pain associated with them.
I have no health insurance.
What are the chances this is some form of cancer?

Brief Answer:
Hello dear. Final diagnosis will be by biopsy.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear. I have gone through your details. These skin growths as you have said in your armpit may or may not be tumor lymph nodes. Similarly , they may be related to your previous tongue cancer(although it is uncommon) or a new disease.
i will advise you following tests
1. CT scan of the thorax and face and neck
2. Biopsy from these growth
Biopsy will decide whether it is tumor or not, and if it is tumor at all, is it related to tongue or some new one?
Only after these tests we can say about the treatment and possibility of cure.
Hope you understand. Please do not worry. get these test done and revert back
Thanks and regards
