It may be psychological
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.
I read your query and understand your concerns.
The probable link between taking multivitamins and feeling rejuvenated is psychological rather than anything else. It is possible that mind created some positive associations between these two independent phenomena and reacts adversely when the connection is disconnected by stopping multivitamins.
There is no mechanism which can explain the association on biological point. There is one possibility which can explain but that is of deficiency. Even if you take multiviamin they do not correct the deficiency on immediate basis and that is not a enough explanation to offer.
I hope this helps you.
Thanks and regards.
Can you please answer my question of dosage of A-z multivitamin ? for how long can I take it ? and are they any tests related to vitamin content in the body ?
Thanks

It can be taken for indefinite time
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Thanks for reverting back to me.
Since A to Z contains only water soluble vitamins and minerals it does not lead to any toxicity and can be used for long time.
Few of my patients using them for years without any side effects.
Regarding blood tests yes there are available for different minerals and vitamins.
For example you have tests for thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, folic acid, vitamin B 12, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin K and for many others.
Among them most commonly employed tests are for iron, folic acid, vitamin B 12 and vitamin D as deficiency is common for them in general population.
Hope I am able to answer your concerns.
