need to see your doctor as soon as you can for assessment

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It would be best to visit your doctor or an emergency center for assessment as soon as you can.
Severe pain can be associated with nausea and chills though the chills can also occur in infection

Tingling can occur if nerves were traumatized at the time of injury. This can be assessed by a neurological examination of the lower limb.

Rest, elevating the leg and the use of ibuprofen are correct. The other aspects of soft tissue treatment would be cold compress and a bandage to reduce swelling but in light of the severity of the symptoms, it would be best to be seen before initiating additional treatment.

It is possible that there may be significant ligament or bony injury which would need treatment.
To determine this, a doctor would need to examine the affected areas and also may suggest imaging as well.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
