Brief Answer:
Yes, you should be concerned.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

This looks like recurrence of the hemorrhoids.A clinical evaluation can confirm this.Recurrence in hemorrhoids is known.Early treatment is surely desired.

Blood loss can be worrisome as it can cause anemia.Blood haemogram can help to know if already you have lost significant blood.

Hope this helps. Please ask if there are doubts.Regards.

I have been tested recently for anemia and my blood pressure as of 2 days ago was normal - had to go to ugent care for eye issue - i take prenatal vitamins regularly so i think i am ok. When i was recovering from surgery my stools would not soften and i am sure i have more hemorroids. Just paranoid and will prob go to my doctor here in XXXXXXX hills asap. Thank you

Brief Answer:
Try to see a rectal surgeon or proctologist.

Detailed Answer:
One can even get a per-rectal doppler done.It is better than clinical evaluation to confirm the diagnosis.but yes, clinical evaluation is sufficient in most cases.Regards.
