What Causes An Enlarged Inguinal Lymph Node?

Question: i m a boy,age 19 years...i want to ask you a question...there is a round structure in my left side of the groin area....what is the problem and how i come to the conclusion??

Round structure In the left groin could be an enlarged Inguinal lymph node.
Simple investigation like Ultrasound of that area will give a clue.If it shows a solid structure like lymph node, get FNAC(Fine Needle aspiration Cytology).
If you come back with Ultrasound report, I will clarify further.

how to normal size lymph node??

Hi,

Usually, lymph nodes are present in the axilla, neck, groin etc in every individual in few millimeters in size. They will be enlarged due to simple infection also.

Please get an Ultrasound done and send me the report.
