Brief Answer:
may or may not have gastrointestinal effects, no significant effects

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Since you normally use this dose within a 24 hour period and you have not gone over your normal total daily dose, you should not have any significant effects.

You may have gastrointestinal effects such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea or abdominal pain. These are effects that normally occur with antibiotics in some persons, they may occur because of the increased dose.

The use of probiotics either on their own or in yogurt with probiotics would help.

Since you have taken the dose for this 24 hour period, you would need to restart to take the medication from tomorrow, using your normal dose.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
