What Causes Allergic Reaction On Cheeks And Neck?
Question: Hello, I have a spotty rash on my face.. each cheek by my mouth and on my neck almost right below my rash on my face like a pattern. I am also experiencing severe stomach issues. I am not sure what it is I have not changed my diet or my beauty products what do you think this may be?

You seem to have developed an allergic skin rash .
Kindly provide some more good resolution images of the face and close up images of the rash do that I can have a closer look at it .
Also please tell Is there any associated pain or itching or discomfort?
What all are you applying over it ?
Have you recently used any new face wash or cream or cosmetics or things like dettol or spirit over face .

Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You have surely developed an allergic reaction over the face.
Apply a topical steroid cream like cortisone cream over the affected areas twice daily.
Use a medicated sunscreen with spf more than 26 regularly before going out in the sun .Apply it atleast thirty minutes before going out and re apply every three hourly.
This will prevent any further increase in rash due to sunlight.
Take some oral antihistamines like Benadryl or levocetrizine along to relieve the associated itching and allergy .
Do not apply any other cream or oil over the affected area.
