Question: I have an air bubble feeling in my wrist. Like if it would pop all would be better. I did sit at a computer all afternoon. With keyboard not in proper place. Could this have caused it? No other symptoms.

Brief Answer:
Monitor before doing anything to the wrist!

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear of this abnormal sensation that you have reported in your wrist. I think the long working hours on the computer as well as the improper positioning are most likely responsible for this. I am of the opinion that these symptoms would resolve spontaneous;y without any medical intervention within the next 24hours. I will recommend that you do nothing at this time and let's monitor a little longer before getting more aggressive should symptoms persist.

I hope this helps. Keep me posted on the evolution of your symptoms. i wish you well and thanks so much for using our services.
