What Causes Acidity Problem Inspite Of Having Dolo 650?

Question: Hi my wife age is 22
She taken dolo650 - 4 no's before breakfast.
She already have some aciditity problem
It will make any severe problem.

I have read through your query in detail.
Dolo 650 must be taken after food. In patients with gastritis it is advisable to take anti gastritis medication like ranitidine or pantoprazole on empty stomach followed by food after 30 minutes and then taking Dolo 650.

If she has already taken Dolo 650 (Paracetamol) 4 tablets then she must take proper meals and lots of fluids. Please avoid taking any more pain killer medication for today as it can cause further gastritis with bleeding from stomach. Also taking pain killer unnecessarily can give rise to liver and kidney problems.

Its better to take ointments if she is having muscle pain.
