Brief Answer:
Explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

Low grade fever is a non specific finding and can occur with a wide range of conditions. Acid reflux or GERD is not usually associated with a fever. GERD can be treated with PPIs like pantoprazole along with pro kinetic meds such as domeperidone. Sputum for AFB, renal and liver function tests, urine Routine examination can be advised along with blood cultures. Focus of infection should be isolated via general physical examination and treated accordingly.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks
