Detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. If there was no heavy bleeding after MTP kit, and beta hCG is high with no intrauterine pregnancy in the ultrasound, then the possibilities are:
1. Ectopic pregnancy (pregnancy in tubes, ovaries or abdomen)
2. Gestational trophoblastic disease.
Laparoscopy is the appropriate procedure to diagnose the condition and treatment, if possible.
Laparoscopy is a procedure which involves anesthesia , and looking into the abdomen by the small surgical ports aided by a camera. It usually has no adverse effects on the patient, and possible problems are:
1. gaseous distension post surgery
2. Vomiting
3. If diagnosis is not made by laparoscopic surgery, then your operating surgeon may do an open surgery

Brief Answer:
Gestational trophoblastic disease?

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear, usually there is a normal period like flow for 5-7 days after taking the MTP pill.
If the beta hCG levels are not reducing or increasing and are constant, that goes more in favour of gestational trophoblastic disease (GTD), and that needs to be confirmed by serial beta hCG levels.
If GTD is there, then you need to get further treatment in form of chemotherapy.
I will be able to help you better if you can upload your all beta hCG reports and ultrasound report.
