What Causes Abrupt Back Pain While Sleeping?

Question: Abrupt back pain during sleep.

Hi doctor - From the past couple of days, in bed during night time ,I am feeling the back pain and unable to change my sleeping position. This has occured only from the past two days. Earlier I was not having any pain. Also once I got up from the bed in the morning, after sometime I feel everything is fine, I can sit and work as usual.

Could you please advise to get rid of this problem. I am currently in a singapore.
