What Causes Abnormal Uterine Bleeding?

Question: I had a period October 21st. Then November 17th I wiped and there was light pink blood the next day same thing but with a little brown. I had a period Decenber 6th then December 18-20 I was experiencing bleeding. Last night December 24th I was bleeding during sex and nothing else after. I'm not sure what's wrong the Internet has taking me in different directions
