Brief Answer:
Possible draining of sinuses secretions- its normal

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using HCM to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I understand your concern.

If you have no other symptoms, then you have nothing to worry about.
If you were wondering if this is cerebrospinal fluid leakage, then no its not unless you have a very severe trauma and with it a fracture of the skull.

I think what might have happened its a draining of the sinuses, and that happen once in a while. But as soon as you don't have face sensitivity, fever, blocked nose all the time, then its a normal draining.

Hope this is helpful.
