Brief Answer:
Urachus.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.

Thank you for the query.

Smelly discharge from belly button is a common sign of urachus - connection between belly button and a bladder. Such connection can lead to reccuring bladder and kidney infections. Back pain and abdominal pain are typical kidney infection symptoms.
You definitelly should consult your doctor. Urine analysis and abdominal ultrasound are the first steps. You should also consult urologist.

Hope this helps.
Regards.
