What Causes Abdominal Pain, Swelling And Burning Sensation In The Testicles?

Question: Upon arousal with new partner, I have swelling in testicles, burning sensation is constant even without urination, abdominal pain, clear mucous fluid discharge at peak of arousal, which all point to std. I was tested some time ago, tests were clean and remained in monogamous relationships. It seems to only be with new partner, after having sex a few times symptoms disappear.

Ongoing symptoms are dribbling urine, stinging pain only after having alcoholic beverage and then masturbating.

Usually even using alcoholic drinks can cause some of this symptoms.

The test was a urinalysis and looked for things like Chlamydia and gonorrhea. I was given a single dose antibiotic based on symptoms but was later told that I did not have one of these stds, but bacteria was found, which the antibiotic should have treated. There was no paperwork given for the visit.
