Question: symptoms of my 8yr old abdominal pain always pre umbilical, nausea, sometimes vomiting, pain always after bowel movement

Pain abdomen which is preumbilical associated with nausea and vomiting could be due to stomach infection, worms infestation.

I suggest you to do complete blood count, stool routine microscopy test and ultrasound abdomen to confirm diagnosis.

For pain abdomen, you can give simethicone based syrup like Cyclopam Syrup 5 ml when pain occurs.

Review with reports.

If all tests are normal and scan is also normal, then we have to look for rare causes of pain abdomen like celiac disease, lead poisoning, subacute intestinal obstruction, Tuberculosis.
