Question: Hi, Could you help with your opinion about the next symptoms?
27 years female who presented abdominal pain near the navel, light generalized inflammation of the abdomen, dry mouth, lack of appetite, fatigue, some episodes of diarrhea light bilateral lower extremity pain. Also weakness of nails. No fever.

Thanks for your query.

The symptoms you have mentioned above looks like a side effect of fluoxamine you are taking for OCD. I would suggest you to meet your treating doctor for dose variation or prescribing an alternate drug.

Coxsackie viral infection also has similar symptoms but as you had it 6 months back, it is very unlikely for the infection to persist. It is self resolving and last for a week or two. As you have no fever or rash, it can be ruled out.
