Brief Answer:
Hello

Detailed Answer:

Hi Mr XXXXXX,
Thank you for the query.
I understand your concern.
Possibly you are suffering from acidity (dyspepsia).
Need not worry.
Worthwhile getting a ultrasonography done if pain is severe.
This will rule out problems like gall bladder stones related pain.
If it is normal can try taking antacid like pantoprazole available over the counter 40 mg once a day (before breakfast) and see how you feel.
Lifestyle modification will help you
1) Eating on time
2) Taking adequate sleep
3) Regular walking
4) Avoiding sleep 2 hours after meals
5) Cutting down on stress and anxiety

All this will help you to control symptoms in long run.
If you still do not feel better in 4 to 5 days or symptoms are severe then worthwhile consulting a gastroenterologist.
Hope this answers your query.
Wish you a speedy recovery.
Happy to help.
