Question: Hi doc.i m 19weeks pregnant. I seem to have upper abdomen pain and mild fever. Can I take crocin 500

For fever during pregnancy you can have crocin which is a pregnancy category B drug and is safe. This will help in decreasing the fever. Do have it after taking a light meal. The upper abdomen pain can be related to gastritis. You can have antacid like digene gel also to control this pain.
