Brief Answer:
Could be muscular

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. Pain could be muscular in nature. I would suggest you to visit hospital once for abdominal ultrasound to rule out any other pathology along with a Complete blood count (CBC) to check if there is any inflammation in the body. Meanwhile following general measure will help to reduce the severity:

> Take Diphenhydramine + Dextromethorphan for cough.
> Eat semisolid food including fresh fruits.
> Take adequate water.
> Take hot water in a cup, add 1 table spoon salt in it. Perform gargles (mouth wash) with it three times a day for at least 3 days. It will give soothing effect.
> Drotaverine thrice a day. (It is a prescription medication so you need to consult a local doctor)

> Avoid:
- carbohydrate & fat rich diet
- Spicy food
- drinks
- dairy products
- acidic foods such as tomatoes

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
