Question: I have a white spot under my tongue that is pain when I eat or swallow.

I have gone through your query. Your problem can be most likely aphthous ulcer. This usually occurs due to eating hot food or drinks or due to vitamin C or B complex deficiency. This usually recover in 1 week time.
You can use Zytee gel or Mucopain gel for this. Taking vitamin C and Vitamin B complex is also good. If there is no improvement then triamcinolone oral gel can be used.
