Question: I have a vertical indent in my forehead that just appeared from my hairline to my tip of my nose It's not a wrinkle it looks like it's in my skull

Sudden indentation on forehead could be related to pressure from different reasons such sleeping position for example.

It could be also related to sinus conditions such as mucocele of frontal sinus, or skin disorders such scleroderma.

Indentation due to pressure should revert in a short time, so, it is not necessary to do anything other than careful observation.

If the indentation persists, evaluation by your primary care Doctor is needed.
