Question: Right side swollen on neck and cheek near ear is it lymph nodes?

Hello and thanks for your question.
If it feels like a round nodule it is probably either a lymph node or a cyst.
Lymph nodes swell up to help us fight off infection, sometimes they fight off infections we did not even know that we had.
If the area is red, hot and tender then there could be an infection causing the swelling and then you would need an antibiotic.
If this is anything other than a small XXXXXXX nodule then you should probably have a doctor look at it to make sure it is nothing that requires treatment.
