I would like to know few more details.

Since when are you having dizziness? how it starts and how long it lasts?

Do you have any other symptoms along with dizziness?

Do you have any history of medical illness?

Have ever done vitamin D and b12 tests?

Sudden dizziness can be due to sudden changes in body posture like when you gets up from bed or when you stand suddenly.

it just started today morning suddenly and it didn't last for 3 hours. I don't have medical history of illness and I have not done any vitamin d and b12 tests

Nothing to worry about one episode of dizziness.

Sudden changes in posture can cause giddiness so Do not get up from bed suddenly. Do not stand up suddenly.
In morning time because of low blood sugar levels in body can also cause dizziness.

Drink plenty of fluids.

If you feel dizziness continuously then better visit a doctor for clinical elimination and to check blood pressure as well.
