What Causes A Smelly Penile Discharge?
Question: I have clear gooey stuff coming out of my penis during the day. I've had sex 3 times in 9 months and no masterbating
Is it the body getting rid of sperm this way as waste or is it a STI ?
It tends to smell by the end of the day !

I would strongly advise that you see a doctor to get cultures done, as these infections are usually easily treated. Even if you haven't had sex often, it is still possible to have gotten an std. Any time you have persistent foul smelling discharge infection needs to be ruled out.
The body usually gets rid of extra semen and sperm when you have nocturnal emissions during the night. It is usually not with a persistent discharge like you describe. There are also some infections that may not be sexually transmitted, but these can be tested for and treated as well.

Plot thickens. I work away for a living. I had randomb sex with another woman without protection as i knew i was clean and she said she was as i asked. Also I have a pregnant wife who has just given birth. I had sex with her a month or so ago. About the same time i noticed this! I have been to a GP and they said take zythromax 5oomg x2 tablets. Now will this cure me? What about my wife and child, what can i do? Can i get them zythromax if i XXXXXXX up? Im feeling really guilty right now!
