Brief Answer:
antibiotics

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to healthcaremagic,
I have seen the pic you posted but I could not read the writing of your doctor.

Anyway I feel you will do well with a course of antibiotics preferably of the penicillin group. You will need antibiotic ear drops as well.

You can even use decongestant nose drops like otrivin (oxymetazoline). These drops will open the Eustachian tunes that connect the nose and the ears and in turn help to ventilate the ears better. Instil 3 drops in each nostril 3 times a day followed by steam inhalation for 5 days.

Most often small perforations close quickly, so you can hope for the best.

Keep your ears absolutely dry.

Brief Answer:
follow doctor's advice.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Your doctor has stopped your antibiotic because he feel there is no infection in your ears, so follow his/her advice. The feeling of fullness in the ear can last for upto 6 weeks after ear infection. So, it is not abnormal in your case. As I told you please use decongestant nose drops. It will help to unclog your ear. Do plenty of steam inhalation atleast 5 times daily.
