Brief Answer:
You may be having Calcific tendinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you might be having Calcific tendinitis. In this condition there is accumulation of Calcium under shoulder bone.
Some time it can be due to fluid collection in the shoulder.
I would recommend you following.
1.Get MRI of the shoulder.
2.If there is calcium deposit, it needs to be evacuated.
3.If there is fluid you might need steroid injection in shoulder.
4.Till you get your MRI done take Tablet Etoricoxib 90 mg one daily.
I hope these steps will help you.Let me now if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
