Brief Answer:
Management of headache and warmness

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX thanks for asking from HCM.

I can understand your concern. Did you check the local site where warmness occurred? If that skin is red, swollen and tender to touch, it can be infected sebaceous cyst or skin infection (pyoderma). This can cause local pain or headache.

If the site was normal, the warmness could be due to increased blood supply as a result of vascular lesion like dilated ruptured vein/arterial malformation. It will also have boggy feeling, local pulsation. If it is like that consult neurosurgeon. He will rule out the cause like Cersoid aneurysm a by getting CT angiography.

For headache, you can also take
- tablet Diclofenac
- Tablet Acetamniophen with paracetamol
after proper prescription.

Hope it will help you. If need any help, do let me know.
Thanks. Take care.
