Brief Answer:
Anxiety most commonly associated, but list of conditions given sir

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir and welcome.

Thank you for writing to us.

I have gone through your query with diligence and would like you to know that I am here to help. Quite honestly most of the patients who report to us with such a presentation have anxiety-associated issues, and this is one of them; but that does not mean all the patients experiencing this presentation have to be diagnosed with anxiety, and so although the list of possibilities is short, I shall still list it out for your reference sir:

+Heart arrhythmias
+Anxiety
+Hiatus hernia (abnormality of the digestives system)
+Digestive tract abnormalities (e.g. Acid reflux)

This is the most plausible list of conditions to be considered with your given presentation sir. So in conclusion, I would first recommend a visit to your doctor to get physically examined and rule out all the conditions that can be ruled out, and to assume anxiety only once all the other conditions have been adequately ruled out.

I hope you find my response both helpful and informative. Please do not hesitate to write back to me for any further clarifications, I am always here to help.

Best wishes.
