Topical antifungal cream

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar (dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have reviewed the Image.

I can see a small ring shaped lesion. It does seem like fungal infection i.e tinea.

You may use a topical antifungal cream, twice daily e.g either luliconazole 1% cream (Lulifin cream Or Lulican cream Or Emluz cream) Or terbinafine 1% cream (Zimig cream Or Tyza cream) for 2 weeks.

Regards
