Question: I have a red sore to touch and stinging patch on front of both my breasts keeping me awake and cannot bear clothes touching it feels like a bad sunburn

Could be pyoderma, take oral & topical antibiotics, anti inflammatory drugs.

Detailed Answer:

Hi!

According to your complaints it could be pyoderma which is infection of the skin.

I would recommend you to take oral and topical antibiotics.

You can take tablet Cephalexin twice daily and apply Neosporin ointment on the affected areas twice daily.

For stinging and pain take anti inflammatory medicines like tablet Ibuprofen.

Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
