Brief Answer:
Allergic stomatiits ,Treatment

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

Welcome again .

I have gone through picture you have attached as far as I have observed it looks like Allergic stomatitis. What happened is use of food items, dehydration and an acidic environment may contribute to this condition.

I shall suggest you some measure that might help you in healing : -
- Maintain proper oral hygiene. Use chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly.
- Do warm saline rinses.
- Apply topical anaesthetic and steroid ointment as mentioned earlier.
- you can take medicine like Lycopene or Lycored twice daily with vitamin B complex like A to Z or Cobadex once daily for one week by consulting with local doctor.
- keep well hydrated. Drink plenty of water.
-Avoid hot and spicy food.
-Avoid frizzy drink or irritant like hot drink (tea and coffee).

Expect improvement in one week, if symptoms persists more than one week then consult oral surgeon for clinical examination and evaluation .

Hope I have answered your query .
If you have further query I will be happy to help.

welcome again .

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

Welcome again .

I have read your query and understand your concerned . As you googled the description see you cant get correct diagnosis on google . As you are worried and asking about idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura , it is due to low blood cell fragments in body called platelets . In ITP tiny red spots are seen in body anywhere especially on legs . In ITP patient have symtoms of fever , weakness , gingival bleeding . Do you have noticed any symptoms recently ? .
If you have any symptoms aforementioned then consult good physician for examination and investigation complete Hemogram .

Hope i have answered your query .
If you have further querybi will be happy to help.

Brief Answer:
Nothing to be worried .

Detailed Answer:
Hello ,

Welcome again ,

Read your query bleeding gums while brushing can be due to inflammation in gums secondary to deposition of food debris or due to use of hard bristle toothbrush (improper brushing technique) . Dont be worried so much this is not a symptom of ITP . For bleeding gums I will recommend you to consult oral surgeon for scaling and root planning . Inmeantime maintain proper oral hygiene by brushing your teeth twice daily using soft bristle tooth brush . Use chlorhexidine mouthwash regularly .

Hope I have answered your query
If you have further query feel free to ask I will be happy to help .
