Brief Answer:
Look like Milia

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thank you for using Healthcaremagic to post your health query.
I read carefully your question and I reviewed your photos.

Do these red pimples have appeared these days, or did she had them from birth?
Does she cry or gets irritated when you touch the pimples?
Does she had these kind of pimples in any other parts of the body?
Are you breastfeeding her?

Babies, get what is called milia, which a type of acne that doesn't need treatment and goes away by itself.
But, I want to make sure it is not a skin infection. So to help me with that, please kindly answer the questions above. I will be happy to answer back and give you advises of how to treat the skin of your baby.

Looking forward to your follow up question.

Regards,
Dr. Papaqako
